The BIHPI Outreach & Messaging Committee, headed by Lisa Colen, Director of Community Outreach & Education, and Jessica Reynolds, Community Outreach Manager, both of the Healthy Start Coalition of Hillsborough County, was charged with creating, and keeping up to date, a factual, dynamic, user-friendly Save Our Babies Community Toolkit.
