BIHPI Un-Birthday Party - 9/17/09

In 2007, 153 babies in Hillsborough County died before their first birthday. REACHUP, Inc., in conjunction with the Healthy Start Coalition of Hillsborough County remembered those babies with an “un-birthday” party on Thursday, September 17th at Northeast United Methodist Church (6400 N 15th St. in Tampa). The ceremony featured a candle light vigil and a large blue and pink birthday cake. Jose Velez, a photographer for the Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Foundation, was the evening's keynote speaker.
